John currently serves as Chairman of H&S Covenant Homes and is one of the company’s founders. Prior to founding H&S Covenant Homes, John served as Chairman of Veritas Partners, a management company that owned and operated several businesses across a range of industries. Before that, John spent 23 years as President and Chief Executive Officer of Gear for Sports, a $200 million athletic apparel company located in Kansas City. John is also an owner in Terra Fina Properties which has successfully developed numerous residential communities throughout Johnson County since 1997. As Chairman of H&S Covenant Homes, he lends strategic guidance to the management team and leads the firm on identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities. John attended Hofstra University in New York and received a degree in Business in 1972.

Frank currently serves as President of H&S Covenant Homes. Prior to helping form H&S Covenant Homes, Frank was the President of Veritas Partners where he actively led companies in both the apparel industry as well as the construction and development industries. Previous to Veritas Partners Frank spent nine years as a Vice President of Sales at Gear for Sports, where he worked closely with John Menghini, Sr. As President of H&S Covenant Homes, Frank maintains day-to-day responsibility of all H&S Covenant employees and is actively involved in the strategic direction of the company as well as sales and operations. Frank also oversees the firm’s real estate investments and development projects. Frank received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Rockhurst University in 1991.

Tracy currently serves as Vice President of Construction and manages the Custom Home Division of H&S Covenant Homes. Tracy is a partner in the company and is also one of the original founders of H&S Builders, which recently merged with Covenant Homes to form H&S Covenant Homes. Prior to forming H&S Builders, Tracy worked as a licensed commercial building contractor in Des Moines, Iowa and Phoenix, Arizona. In 1990, Tracy returned to Kansas City to join a family business, E.H. Hall Contractors, and worked as a project manager on a number of civil road construction projects. At H&S Covenant Homes, Tracy leads the Custom Home Division meaning he works hand-in-hand with each new client to insure that their experience building a new home is enjoyable and rewarding. Tracy attended Kansas State University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management in 1975.

John currently serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for H&S Covenant Homes and is also a partner in the company. John was formerly the Vice President of New Business Development for Veritas Partners. Previous to that, he worked in the area of mergers and acquisitions for Vine Street Partners, a middle-market investment bank located in Chicago, Illinois. In his current position, John is responsible for all marketing related activities for H&S Covenant Homes and also interacts closely with current and prospective customers. He is a licensed realtor in the states of Kansas and Missouri and is also responsible for listing and marketing many of the homes built by H&S Covenant. John received a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1998

Michael currently serves as General Manager of Construction and is responsible for the Speculative Home Division of H&S Covenant Homes. He is also a partner in the company. Michael was formerly General Manager of Covenant Homes, prior to the company’s merger with H&S Builders. Michael oversees the design and construction of all speculative homes both in Kansas City and at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. Michael earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Dayton in 2002.
