The Palermo is a expanded variation of the popular Castillo plan. Keeping the popular components of the Castillo such as the dramatic curved staircase, open main level and functional rear service area, the Palermo gains a study and two outdoor living areas. Perhaps one of the more unique features of the Palermo is the addition of a second kitchen island. Think of one as a cooking and preparation island and the other as an entertaining island. The large covered lanai off the kitchen has a fireplace and plenty of room for entertaining. Upstairs is a large master suite with a private lanai complete with a wood-burning fireplace.
